- Assistance and preliminary consultation for the sale or purchase of real-estate and land, Including assistance with building regulations and authorizations and property legislation or part thereof also as regards wiring and plumbing installations, thermal systems, conformity of house plans and cadastral records and in general compliance with all the laws in force and saleability of a property including verification into the existence of easements or mortgages, etc.;
- Assistance and consultation in the succession procedure and inheritance in general including valuation and estimates of property to be divided and land parcelling;
- Drafting of the preliminary agreement of sale with consultation and assistance during the negotiations;
- Preparation and assistance with notary deeds for the sale or purchase of property including the reports for the notary and the compilation of all necessary documentation;
- Drafting of the Energy Performance Certificate (APE);
- Notification of legal and testamentary succession, assistance, consultation and estimates.
